Embark on a Life-Changing Journey with Me
About Me: A Journey of Healing and Transformation
My journey with Ayurveda began after the birth of my son. I had a challenging delivery that left me with symphysis pubis dysfunction, unable to walk, and in constant pain. Anxiety slowly crept in, leading to depression. Specialists told me that I might never walk again and prescribed medication for my anxiety. I tried countless therapies, but nothing seemed to help. I was isolated, overwhelmed with guilt for not being the mother my son needed, enduring sleepless nights filled with pain and fear.
Then, a friend introduced me to Ayurveda. Skeptical at first, as I never believed in alternative medicine, I decided to give it a try as my last hope. The wisdom of Ayurvedic Medicine resonated deeply with me—everything I read made perfect sense. With my scientifically-oriented mind, I was amazed at how logical it all was. I dove into books, focused on Ayurvedic postpartum care, adjusted my diet, worked on the Ayurvedic daily routine, started taking herbal remedies, and practiced breathing exercises. I also began yoga, which strengthened my body.
Within three months, I started seeing results, and by the fifth month, I was walking again. I had found not just healing but also my life’s mission. I realized my path was to share this knowledge with women. Women, because they are the mothers, the caretakers, the leaders. On my journey, I saw how much empowerment we lack, how far we are from our true nature. When women are in their power, they can achieve anything.
I promised my husband and son that once I could walk again, I would study Ayurveda. Seeing the profound change in me, my husband fully supported my decision. I trained as an Ayurvedic Massage Therapist and later became a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner in 2018. As I began treating patients, I noticed how deeply adverse childhood experiences influenced their health, relationships, and work.
I, too, had my own unresolved issues from childhood trauma. I was diagnosed with PTSD and told I would have to live with it, medicated. But I wasn’t ready to accept that fate. In my search for deeper healing, I discovered eutaptics® FasterEFT™. It sounded too good to be true, but I was willing to try. To my amazement, it worked—scientifically grounded and profoundly transformative. It helped me release the guilt, trauma, and pain I had carried for years. As I healed my past, my present blossomed. My health improved, my relationships deepened, and I became the mother I had always wanted to be.
Now, I combine the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with the transformative power of eutaptics FasterEFT in my practice. My mission is to help women regain their health, create fulfilling relationships, and live empowered lives—just as I have done.
