Neuroplasticity techniques more effective than regular therapy

A cognitive behavioral therapy treatment usually takes from 10 to 20 expensive sessions to make some changes.

In my experience with 3 to 6 Mindset Change Sessions you make measurable changes. Of course, there are some cases where 9 sessions or more are needed, such as long-lasting illness, lifelong depression or addictions, etc.

My Sessions

Each session is designed to help you transform what’s weighing you down emotionally, so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and the empowered life you deserve. Let go of what holds you back and step into the best version of yourself. I work with packages of 3-6-9 Mindset Change Sessions. In session, you will experience powerful brain retraining and neuroplasticity techniques to create fast and measurable results.

Doing more sessions brings not only more, bigger and permanent changes, it brings also lowers the costs. For long complex trauma cases, addiction, chronic illness or pain you will need more than 6 sessions. We can always discuss with me what the best options are for you.

  • 3 Mindset Change Sessions (6hours): € 450
  • 6 Mindset Change Sessions (12 hours): € 840 euro
  • 9 Mindset Change Sessions (18 hours) : € 1250
  • 3 Mindset Change Sessions for teenagers (4.5 uur): 338 euro

Payment for the package always takes place before the sessions. These sessions are not reimbursed by Dutch health insurance.
