Complaints and Disciplinary Procedures – Ayurveda Works

At Ayurveda Works, I value professional care, transparency, and respectful communication. Still, it may happen that you are not satisfied with a treatment or with the way you were treated. In that case, you have the right to file a complaint. Below you will find the steps you can take.

1. Internal Complaint Procedure

If you have a complaint, I encourage you to first discuss it with me directly. In many cases, a conversation can help clear up misunderstandings. You can submit your complaint in writing via email: info@ayurvedaworks.eu. I will respond within 14 days to work towards a suitable resolution together.

2. Independent Complaints Officer (via VBAG)

If you are not satisfied with the outcome or prefer an independent party, you can contact the independent complaints officer of my professional association VBAG (Association for the Promotion of Alternative Medicine). The officer will guide and support you throughout the complaints procedure.

3. Disputes Committee

If the complaint is not resolved, you may submit it to the Disputes Committee for Healthcare, which VBAG is affiliated with. This committee makes a binding and independent judgment.

4. Disciplinary Law – VBAG and RBCZ

As a practitioner, I am a member of the professional association VBAG and registered with RBCZ (Register of Complementary Healthcare Professionals). This means I fall under the independent disciplinary law system of TCZ (Disciplinary Tribunal for Complementary Healthcare).
If you believe there has been a serious breach of professional conduct, you may submit a disciplinary complaint via:

🔗 RBCZ – https://www.rbcz.nu

As a healthcare provider, I am a registered member of VBAG and RBCZ. This ensures that I meet all requirements for professional conduct, continuing education, and that I am subject to official complaints and disciplinary procedures.
