Session Details:
The program consists of 6 sessions to help you release trauma and anxiety at its core. The first session is two hours, where we’ll dive deep into identifying the root cause of your fears. The following 5 sessions are 1.5 hours each, focused on gradually releasing the patterns that keep you stuck, calming your mind and body, and helping you reclaim your peace. Sessions can be conducted online via Zoom or in-person if possible.
